Green Together is a collaborative initiative designed to lift Ugandan youth out of unemployment through green skills, financial literacy, and digital inclusion — organizing them into Circles of 20.
What each Circle receives
- Financial & business incubation: Opening Centenary Bank savings accounts to build credit-worthiness, with mentoring through the Business Model Canvas to launch green enterprises.
- Skills matrix: Structured training in digital marketing, basic accounting, and high-value agribusiness — mushroom growing, chicken farming, urban hydroponics and vertical farming.
- Circular integration: Linking groups so waste from one project fuels another — chicken waste as organic fertilizer, nutrient-rich fish-tank water routed to vegetable irrigation, and more.
