Emergency Medical Camp & Relief Outreach at Kimmi Island

In the wake of a devastating island fire, Green Ambassadors Club delivered emergency medical care and relief supplies to 5,500 residents.

Following a fire that swept through homes on Kimmi Island, Green Ambassadors Club — with clinical partners and volunteer medics — deployed an emergency medical camp and relief outreach serving 5,500 residents.

What we delivered

  • Free triage, consultations, wound care and dispensed medicines.
  • Maternal and child-health screening and immunisation catch-up.
  • Food parcels, blankets and safe-water supplies for displaced families.
  • Psychosocial support sessions for children affected by the fire.

Standing with Kimmi long-term

Kimmi Island remains the flagship of our restoration work. This emergency response feeds directly into the longer restoration plan — replanting the shoreline, rebuilding cleaner cooking practices and installing more community solar.
